Psychotic disorders encompass a range of mental health conditions characterized by altered reality perception and impaired thinking.

Depression with psychosis presents as a major depressive episode accompanied by delusions or hallucinations. Schizophrenia is marked by persistent delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, and impaired social or occupational functioning. Schizoaffective Disorder combines symptoms of schizophrenia with mood disorder episodes, either depressive or manic. Each disorder presents unique challenges in diagnosis and treatment, requiring tailored therapeutic strategies.
